Bradley Turner

Vice President at CEI-Boulos Capital Management

Bradley Turner joined The Boulos Company in 2022 as Vice President at CEI-Boulos Capital Management—a joint venture between Coastal Enterprises Inc. and The Boulos Company. Brad focuses on deal origination, portfolio modeling, and underwriting to support the real estate fund management subsidiary in delivering both competitive financial returns and social impact.

Over the past decade, Brad has been involved with over $1 billion of financing for real estate and impact investments with an emphasis on affordable housing, energy efficiency initiatives, and the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA).

Prior to joining Boulos, Brad was with Housing Initiatives of New England, a not-for-profit focused on developing, owning, and operating affordable senior housing in Maine and New Hampshire. Before that, he spent time at TD Bank on their CRA Lending Team, and earlier in his career, Brad was with Forsyth Street Asset Management, where he assisted in recapitalizing and managing the New York City Acquisition Fund and the Los Angeles New Generation Fund.

In his spare time, Brad enjoys tending to his recreational lobster traps, cooking, and fly fishing. He is also a reluctant Browns fan.

Brad graduated from Colby College with Honors in Economics-Mathematics.
