This year marks a significant Boulos milestone as we celebrate 50 years of success and growth in the commercial real estate market! Founded in 1975 by Joseph Boulos, we’re now a talented team of more than 40 professionals based in Portland, Maine and Portsmouth and Manchester, New Hampshire. Our experienced brokers and dedicated operations staff proudly maintain a reputation for professionalism and adhere to our core values. As we continue to be leaders in Maine’s commercial real estate market, we look forward to serving our clients with the same commitment to excellence that has defined us for half a century. 

We are also thrilled to announce some exciting team updates as we enter 2025. First, please join us in welcoming Andy Gerry as our new Vice President of Operations. Andy brings extensive leadership experience in managing teams of all sizes and we are confident his expertise will strengthen our operations. 

Additionally, we’re proud to promote Reese McFarlane to Associate Broker. Reese has a knack for building strong rapport with our clients, especially those focused on growing businesses in Maine. As a lifelong state resident, Reese passionately supports local businesses and contributes to Portland’s ongoing development. 

Finally, we enthusiastically welcome Jason Gomez to the team as a full-time Office Assistant. Jason was an invaluable intern for us, working while he completed his degree at the University of Southern Maine, and we are excited to have him officially join The Boulos Co.
