Creative Work Systems purchased an office building in Lewiston from Franklin Property Trust. The tenant is dedicated to empowering people with disabilities to live, work, and contribute to their communities. Creative Work Systems purchased this property, formerly a Kaplan University building, because it needed more space for its operations.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the seller by Tim Millett and on behalf of the buyer by Justin Lamontagne with NAI The Dunham Group.
