Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. leased office space in Westbrook from landlord Shoemaker LLC. The tenant, a nationally recognized nonprofit organization, is committed to providing community-based alternatives to out-of-home care through direct service, advocacy, and policy change. Youth Advocate Programs will use the space as administrative and advocate offices to support troubled youth.
