1006 Forest Avenue, LLC purchased an office building in Portland from BJB Realty. The buyer purchased the building as an investment and will continue operating it as such.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the seller by Tony McDonald, CCIM, SIOR and Jon Rizzo and on behalf of the buyer by John Doyon with Malone Commercial Brokers.
