The Boulos Company is pleased to announce the sale of the 7,325± SF single-tenanted, retail building located at 650 Maplewood Avenue in Portsmouth, NH. The building was purchased by Bucephalus, LLC from DGM Realty, Inc as an off-market, investment deal.  The current tenant, Rexel USA Electrical Supplies, will remain as a tenant at this location.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the buyer by Kent White and Caitlin Burke.
