The Boulos Company is pleased to announce the sale of the 29-unit apartment building at 33 Stone Street in Augusta, Maine. The building was purchased by North Country Investments, LLC for $1,625,000 from seller, Jedi, LLC. The buyer is an investor that owns multiple apartment buildings around central Maine. The buyer purchased this building as an investment and will continue to operate it as an apartment building.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the seller by Nick Lucas, and on behalf of the buyer by Spenser Ouellette with the Bean Group.
