The Boulos Company is pleased to announce the sale of the 94,952± SF industrial building at 75 Westminster Street in Lewiston. The building was purchased by 75 Westminster LLC for $3,250,000 from Auburn Plaza, Inc.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the seller by Craig Young, and on behalf of the buyer by Peter Ventre with Ventre Commercial Realty, LLC.
