Noble Properties LLC purchased three office condominiums at 500 Market Street in Portsmouth from PMC Realty Trust. The buyer is opening a family pediatric practice after they complete a full renovation of the property.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the buyer by Caitlin Burke and Kent White, and on behalf of the seller by Caitie Mederios of The Kane Company.
