ESP Bangor Hannaford, LLC purchased a retail shopping center consisting of 63,000± SF on over 9.25 acres of land anchored by Hannaford Bros. grocery store at 773 Stillwater Avenue in Bangor from sellers Bangor Mall Realty LLC, Bangor CH LLC, and Bangor Nassim LLC. The property was part of the Bangor Mall and subdivided by the purchaser over the past three months which enabled the closing to occur this past July.
