A Note From Our Managing Director – COVID 19

Drew Sigfridson, SIOR  /   March 19, 2020

Friends and Clients,
The environment is changing rapidly for all of you: our clients who are commercial tenants, landlords, developers and property owners. All of us are impacted by the current situation and we all will assist each other in different ways. Our team at The Boulos Company is prepared to assist our clients and community as challenges and difficult requests inevitably arise. We are working hard to find resources for landlord and tenant clients and will provide links on our website. We are also working to understand the timelines of government closures and impacts to timelines for permitting and approvals through planning and code enforcement departments. We will post updates on our website (www.boulos.com) and have provided a link to our podcast series for those with forced downtime craving some real estate conversations. We are prepared to help negotiate or act as an intermediary in all real estate-related business matters as may be necessary.Be assured, our team is working. We have deployed resources to our team members’ homes to work remotely. You are able to contact us via our main line (207-772-1333), and we have included direct contact information for each of our team members here. Fortunately, the real estate transaction process has evolved dramatically in recent years with virtual closings, electronic signatures and wire transfers. We feel it is our moral obligation to do our small part to keep the economy progressing as best we can. We are poised to assist and transact as needed.

We will conduct showings as needed and have limited in-person meetings, but will confirm with each client prior to that meeting and follow the CDC protocols around social distancing practices. To the extent possible, we are regularly coordinating virtual meetings and conference calls rather than in-person conferences. We will continue to keep you updated as things evolve and wish all of our friends and clients good health and strength of perseverance during this time.

Sincerely,

Drew Sigfridson
Managing Director
