Fortunately, the real estate transaction process has evolved dramatically in recent years with virtual closings, electronic signatures and wire transfers. We feel it is our moral obligation to do our small part to keep the economy progressing as best we can. We are poised to assist and transact as needed.
We will conduct showings as needed and have limited in-person meetings, but will confirm with each client prior to that meeting and follow the CDC protocols around social distancing practices. To the extent possible, we are regularly coordinating virtual meetings and conference calls rather than in-person conferences.
