has negotiated a long-term renewal agreement with IDEXX
Laboratories for the 55,000± SF the company currently
occupies at 1 Thomas Drive, Colonel Westbrook Executive
Park. Greg Boulos of The Boulos Company represented the
landlord. Brooks Murphy of JLL and Jim Harnden of Harnden
Commercial Brokers represented IDEXX.
