Portsmouth, NH Noble Properties LLC purchased three office condominiums (2A, 2B & 2C) totaling 3,856 s/f at 500 Market St. from PMC Realty Trust. The buyer is opening a family pediatric practice after they complete a full renovation of the property.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the buyer by Caitlin Burke and Kent White of The Boulos Company, and on behalf of the seller by Caitie Medeiros of The Kane Company.
