Doubling Leasing Activity in the Pineland Farms Business Campus

When October Corp needed a leasing representative at Pineland Farms, their multi-use complex in New Gloucester, for instance, they turned to the Boulos Company for help. With the assistance and expertise of John Finegan and Drew Sigfridson, two of the Boulos Company’s leasing agents, Pineland Farms successfully doubled leasing activity, with leases signed by a wide array of companies such as Mologic Inc., North Star Planning LLC, Trans Fusion Logistics LLC, Anaphoric Marketing, Mainely Urns, and more.

Most notably, they signed a lease with Unity College in order to relocate its main campus to Pineland Farms. In a year when the office market slowed significantly (2021), the Boulos Company leased over 75,000 square feet of space by emphasizing what made this office location unique, the wide-open spaces and access to outdoor amenities provided by Pineland Farms that you can’t get from most office spaces.

Central Maine’s Largest Office Lease

Meanwhile in Augusta, Boulos Company broker Nick Lucas arranged the single largest central Maine lease transaction seen in years: a 43,000 square foot office space lease for the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife.

“The size and location allow us to consolidate four offices, consolidate our services into a central place, hold public hearings there, let different stakeholder groups meet there, and we’ll even get to do fishing demonstrations on the river there,” Mark Latti, communications director for the department, said.
