Scarborough-Based Wealth Advisory Firm Relocates to Market Street Community Hub

The Boulos Company Facilitated for Hughes Wealth Advisors, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC, to Sell the Space They Outgrew and Find a New, Long-Term Home

Scarborough, ME (June 11, 2025)The Boulos Company is pleased to announce that Hughes Wealth Advisors, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC, has purchased 5,190± SF of office condo space at 10 Market Street following the sale of their 2,654± office building at 5 Ward Street—both located in Scarborough, ME.

Hughes Wealth Advisors has officially relocated to a beautifully designed office space in the newly constructed 10 Market Street. This move marks a significant milestone in the practice’s continued growth and commitment to providing exceptional financial guidance to clients. Their areas of expertise include retirement planning, investment strategies, wealth preservation and estate planning.

Since locating to 5 Ward Street in 2012, the practice has experienced tremendous growth. The transition to 10 Market Street allowed them to create a fully customized environment that reflects the professionalism and excellence of their work, while also accommodating future growth.

With the support of a patient buyer and several strategic Purchase and Sale Agreement extension periods to account for potential construction delays, Hughes Wealth Advisors successfully completed the move just one week prior to closing on their 5 Ward Street location.

The practice’s new home is located at one of the main entrances to The Downs where the Town Center is well underway to become a community hub. Neighboring users in 10 Market Street include the Allagash Brewery Tasting Room, LifeStance Health, Spurling Fitness, Maine Oral Surgery, and others.

The Boulos Company represented each of the buying and selling parties across both transactions. For 5 Ward Street, Sasha Phillips represented the seller, JXH, LLC while Noah Stebbins represented the buyer, BW Industries, LLC. Sasha Phillips then represented JXH, LLC as the buyer for the 10 Market Street transaction, and Drew Sigfridson, SIOR and Jon Rizzo, SIOR represented the seller, 10 Market Street, LLC.
