The Boulos Company, Northern New England’s largest commercial real estate firm serving owners, investors, and tenants, is pleased to announce the sale of 95 Maple Street in Stoneham, Massachusetts for $12,850,000. Purchased by Calare Properties, 95 Maple Street consists of a fully-leased 38,000 square foot industrial building situated on 5.63 acres, with approximately 400 parking spaces and direct access to I-93 at Exit 36.
John Meador of The Boulos Company represented Calare in the transaction. “This deal is yet another example of the investment appetite for well-located industrial properties, particularly on large sites, within Greater Boston. It’s a product that is hard to recreate and one that will cater to a variety of alternative uses in the future”, said Meador.
