100 Parris Street, LP purchased land in Portland from the City of Portland. The buyer plans to develop a 7-story, 46 unit residential building for ages 55+. The development will also include first-floor retail space.

This is the last sale of the Portland Pubic Works Portfolio, completing a three-year process for the City to relocate its public works facilities to spur neighborhood revitalization.
