The Boulos Company is pleased to announce the sale of the 45,938± industrial building at 150 Venture Drive, in Dover, New Hampshire. The building was purchased by Index Packaging for $3,200,000 from seller 150 Venture Drive, LLC. This property was once where Fosters Daily Democrat operated and distributed newspapers.

Index Packaging was founded in 1968 by Bill and Connie Lander with the invention of the TIP (N) TELL shipping indicator. About 10 years later, patent rights to the DROP (N) TELL shipping indicator were purchased. Today, Index Packaging employs approximately 170 people and are looking to expand into their new facility.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the seller by Kent White and Caitlin Burke, and on behalf of the buyer by Chris Healey of CBRE.
