192 Western Av, LLC purchased an office building in South Portland from KADA Properties, LLC. The buyer will be opening a new rehab facility to continue the operation of a dental practice.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the buyer by Nate Stevens and on behalf of the seller by Jim Harnden with Harnden Commercial Brokers.
