The Boulos Company is pleased to announce the sale of the 102,103± SF, retail/office complex at 2064 Woodbury Avenue in Newington. The building was purchased by Torrington Properties Inc. for $13,350,000 from Urstadt Biddle Properties. Torrington is pleased to add this investment to their ever-increasing New Hampshire portfolio. Jay Bisognano, CEO of Torrington, said, “We are thrilled to acquire one of the New Hampshire Seacoast’s premier properties. This acquisition fits our long-term investment strategy in New Hampshire.” According to Jim Aries, Senior Vice President of Urstadt Biddle Properties, “Newington Park has been a prized asset and one of the longest-held properties in our portfolio, although outside of our focused geographic area today. In addition, the Boulos Company did a tremendous job targeting local and national investors during their detailed marketing process. We couldn’t be happier.”
