Joy Real Estate of Salem, LLC purchased a 3,071± SF retail building at 233 S. Broadway in Salem, NH from Leemitt’s Petroleum, Inc. for $1,700,000. The acquisition nicely fulfilled a 1031 requirement from the sale of another property for the investor. The current tenant, Mattress Firm, has lease term remaining, and the prime location in a strong retail area makes it a great long-term investment.
