2385 Congress Street, LLC purchased an office building in Portland from 2385 Congress Street Associates, LLC. The buyer purchased the building as an investment and will continue to operate it as such, most likely making some renovations in the near future.
The transaction was arranged on behalf of the buyer by Charles Day and on behalf of the seller by Ken Clark with The Bean Group.
