The Boulos Company is pleased to announce the sale of two office buildings totaling 34,018± SF, at 340 County Road in Westbrook. The buildings were purchased by MaineHealth for a total of $4,650,000 from Husson University.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the seller by Jon Rizzo, and on behalf of the buyer by Justin Lamontagne with NAI The Dunham Group.
