The building was purchased as an investment property by 442, LLC for $8,700,000 from Rime Group PTL, LLC. This building is a Class-A single story multi-tenanted building that is home to State and Federal government, government contractors and Maine General Medical Center. Other users include Summit Natural Gas and Bankers Life & Casualty Company.
