The Boulos Company is pleased to announce the sale of the 210,893± SF, industrial building at 7 Amarosa Drive in Rochester. The building was purchased by Sig Sauer for $12,100,000 from EIP Amarosa Drive, LLC. Sig Sauer is a firearms manufacturer who is expanding their current New Hampshire operations.

The transaction was arranged by Kent White and Caitlin Burke.
