The retail plaza was purchased by MMCT Realty, LLC for $16,200,000 from Unison Realty Partners, LLC. The plaza is located along Dover’s major retail artery. Shaw’s anchors the center along with Petco, Rite Aid, Orangetheory Fitness and Bed Bath & Beyond, to name a few.
