The Boulos Company is pleased to announce the sale of the 38,000± industrial building at 95 Maple Street in Stoneham, Massachusetts. The building was purchased by Calare Properties, Inc for $12,850,000. The property consisted of a fully-leased 38,000± SF building situated on 5.63± acres with approximately 400 parking spaces.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of Calare Properties, Inc. by John Meador of The Boulos Company. “This deal is yet another example of the investment appetite for well-located industrial properties, particularly on large sites, within Greater Boston.  It’s a product that is hard to recreate and one that will cater to a variety of alternative uses in the future”, said Meador.
