Ace Hardware Corporation leased office space in South Portland from landlord Roberts Road Associates. Ace Hardware has over 5,000 stores around the world with the majority of those stores independently owned and operated by local entrepreneurs. Ace stores offer a wide variety of paint, lawn and garden, tools, local niche services and virtually anything ever needed to fix, repair and maintain a home.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the landlord by Greg Boulos and on behalf of the tenant by Roxane Cole, CCIM with Roxane Cole Commercial Real Estate, LLC and Todd Schaefer with JLL Tenant Representation.
