Port Property Management purchased an industrial building in Portland from the City of Portland. The buyer currently plans to completely redevelop the building into small retail and flex spaces. This will add to the overall redevelopment Portland’s West Bayside area is currently experiencing.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the seller by Nate Stevens and on behalf of the buyer by Joseph Porta with Porta & Co.
