F-Pak ME, LLC purchased a two-building industrial complex in Lewiston from Bell Manufacturing Company d/b/a SML. The buyer purchased the buildings as an investment and will lease the space back to SML, which manfactures clothing tags.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the seller by Tim Millett and on behalf of the buyer by Josh Soley with Maine Realty Advisors.
