Consolidated Electrical Distributors, Inc. leased office space in Portland from landlord Bounty Development, LLC. The tenant, which has 600+ U.S. locations, will be open at its new location June 1, 2019.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the landlord by Greg Boulos and Samantha Marinko and on behalf of the tenant by Sam LeGeyt with NAI | The Dunham Group.
