Flowers & Candy leased retail space in Portland from landlord 10 Exchange Street, LLC. Flowers & Candy, opening in September, is a boutique showcasing the creative depth and quality of American craftsmanship with an emphasis on Maine craftspeople.
The transaction was arranged on behalf of the tenant by Nate Stevens and Samantha Marinko and on behalf of the landlord by Jennifer Davies with Compass Commercial Brokers.
