Foothills Real Estate Development & Management purchased a retail building in Farmington from Diamondlil, LLC. The building, constructed in 2015, is currently leased by Family Dollar. The buyer purchased the property as an investment and plans operate it as such through the 11 remaining years of Family Dollar’s lease term.
The transaction was arranged on behalf of the seller by Chris Paszyc, CCIM, SIOR and on behalf of the buyer by Tim Millett.
