Hanian Holdings, LLC purchased an office complex, comprised of one medical office building and one office building, in Brunswick from JHR Bath Road Holdings, LLC. The buyer purchased the complex as an investment and will continue operating it as such. The medical office building, leased by MidCoast Hospital, will remain as is. The office building is vacant with plans to renovate to suit the needs of future tenants. This is the buyer’s first purchase in Brunswick.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the seller by Drew Sigfridson, SIOR and Brice O’Connor and on behalf of the buyer by Craig Young, CCIM.
