Key Bank National Associates renewed its office lease in Portland with landlord Cow Plaza I, LLC. This space serves as the tenant’s Maine headquarters.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the tenant by Tony McDonald, CCIM, SIOR and Matt Collins with Jones Lang LaSalle Americas and on behalf of the landlord by Joseph Malone and Jennifer Small with Malone Commercial Brokers.
