Description
Bruce Melanson and Leslie Robinson purchased land in Hope from the State of Maine. The couple owns the abutting property and purchased it with no plans to develop. The land was labeled a Superfund site from 1984 to 2018 due to chemical contamination.
The transaction was arranged on behalf of the seller by Chris Paszyc, CCIM, SIOR and Noah Stebbins and on behalf of the buyer by Mary Holmes with Camden Real Estate Company.
