Monmouth Village Apartments, LLC purchased a 24-unit apartment complex from Academy Park Housing, LLC. The buyer purchased the property as an investment and will continue to operate it as such.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the seller by Dan Greenstein and on behalf of the buyer by Nick Lucas.
