Ogletree Deakins leased office space in Portland from landlord 800 Northern Corp. This lease will expand the tenant’s presence at 2 Monument Square.
The transaction was arranged on behalf of the tenant by Jon Rizzo and Brice O’Connor and on behalf of the landlord by Tim McCarthy with JLL.
