Portland Museum of Art purchased a specialty building in Portland from Children’s Theatre of Maine. The buyer has no immediate plans for the building, but also owns the abutting properties and will develop in the future. This sale allowed the Children’s Museum to break ground on their new location at Thompson’s Point.
