Description
Chinburg Properties purchased the Dana Warp Mill in Westbrook from DWM LLC. The buyer, a developer that specializes in renovating historic mill buildings in New Hampshire, plans to continue operating the building as an investment. This purchase will expand the buyer’s portfolio into Maine.
The transaction was arranged by Nate Stevens and Jon Rizzo.
