RideSource, Inc. purchased an industrial building in Oxford from National Wood Products. The buyer is a Maine-based transportation company that, in addition to non-emergency medical transportation, also provides transportation to non-profit organizations and schools. RideSource, Inc. will be an owner-occupier of the building and will lease out the remaining space.

The buyer will be redeveloping the property within the next six months.  The location presents a fantastic redevelopment opportunity as it’s positioned across from the Oxford Plains Speedway.

The property was long home to National Wood Products of Maine which closed for business over a year ago.
