Saco Bay Orthopedic & Sport Therapy, Inc. leased office space in South Portland from landlord Mill Creek Realty Limited Partnerships. This national tenant will be converting the space into a physical therapy clinic, slated to open Winter 2019. This will be the tenant’s sixteenth location in Maine.
