SEP Augusta, LLC purchased Turnpike Mall in Augusta. The 214,900± SF shopping center boasts an excellent location just off exit 109A from I-95 in Maine’s Capitol City. Turnpike Mall is situated on 25.83± acres and was originally built in 1967 with extensive renovations in 2001 and 2006. Current tenants of the mall include Christmas Tree Shops, Bed Bath & Beyond, Petco and Texas Road House.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the seller by Chris Paszyc, CCIM, SIOR and Derek Miller and on behalf of the buyer by Mike Hotarek with Eastern Retail Properties.
