SMRT leased office space in Portland from landlord Dayton 59 LLC. SMRT Architects and Engineers designs complex buildings often requiring 24/7 operations—healthcare, science/technology/industry, education, government, corporate and justice clients. The tenant is moving to 75 Washington Avenue to accommodate its growing architecture, engineering, interiors, planning, energy, and site design services. The SMRT team is looking forward to relocating to this area of Portland near Munjoy Hill and enjoying the culturally rich and diverse neighborhood.

The SMRT team is enjoying applying our expertise to our future offices, and we look forward to relocating after renovations are completed.”

SMRT designers are currently working on renovation plans for the space and are excited to work in an area with ample natural light and western views across the peninsula.
