Tap Root Media LLC leased mixed-use space in Portland from landlord Neap Tide LLC. Taproot Magazine is an independent print publication celebrating food, farm, family, and craft. Taproot Market, now at 49 Fox Street, is where the tenant sells issues of the magazine as well as mugs, tote bags, handmade local goods, and more.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the tenant by Jessica Estes and on behalf of the landlord by Drew Sigfridson, SIOR and Brice O’Connor.
