30 Long Creek Avenue, LLC purchased an office building in South Portland from Thirty Long Creek Associates II, LLC. The buyer purchased the property as an investment and will continue to operate it as such.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the buyer by Dan Greenstein and on behalf of the seller by Greg Boulos.
