Wolf Moon Properties, LLC purchased a retail building in Skowhegan from Webber Group. The buyer purchased this well-positioned building as an investment and will continue to operate it as such. Traction, a national credit tenant and the heavy duty parts arm of Napa Auto, has leased this location for over 20 years.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the seller by Derek Miller and on behalf of the buyer by Tim Millett.
