Easter Seals Maine, Inc. leased office space at Atlantic Place in South Portland from landlord Atlantic Place Partners. Easterseals has been serving children and adults with disabilities for 100 years.

“Easterseals Maine is very excited to be moving into our new space at 189 Darling Ave, South Portland, allowing us to continue providing exceptional services to ensure that all people with disabilities or special needs and their families have equal opportunities to live, learn, work and play in their communities,” says Joe Emmons, Chief Development Officer at Easterseals.

The transaction was arranged on behalf of the landlord by Jessica Estes and Brice O’Connor and on behalf of the tenant by Cheri Bonawitz with Malone Commercial Brokers.
