Cape Elizabeth, Maine, November 14, 2023: The Good Table Restaurant at 527 Ocean House Road was sold to Prentice Hospitality Group for an undisclosed price. The Boulos Company’s Jon Rizzo, Greg Boulos, and Sasha Phillips represented the seller. For 38 years the Good Table, run by father-daughter restaurateurs Lisa and Tony Kostopoulos, has been loved for its generous portions of comfort food, Greek specialties, and friendly staff.

“Deciding to sell our family business was a long process,” said Lisa Kostopoulos. “We first reached out to The Boulos Company in 2016 and ultimately didn’t decide to sell until 2022. Jon Rizzo and Greg Boulos were kind and understanding of our process. When we finally agreed we were ready, they worked diligently and patiently with us.”
