Brunswick, Maine, November 21, 2022: Laura Marston is leasing 163 Pleasant Street to open a new GoGo Refill. The 1,100± SF building is the second location for Marston’s low-waste, plastic-free retail business. Cameron Foster of The Boulos Company handled the transaction on behalf of the landlord, Holland Low, who was seeking a low-impact tenant. Built in 1990, the building is getting a fresh facelift before the planned opening on December 1.
